Rail Project Manager - TFL

Job Description

I have a current opportunity for a Civil's Rail Project Manager for TFL on a contract basis.
This will be to work for me for 12+ months, for a Tier 1 asset management and construction consultancy, on one of the biggest and most prestigious projects in London.

Your role as Civil's Project Manager for TFL will be to be responsible for a a Works Package on Bank Station in London for Transport for London.

This role will be required 5 days a week on the Site, so it is desired for someone to live in London for an easy commute.

Some Key responsibilities of a Civil's Rail Project Manager for TFL will include -
1) Network Rail standards and procedures
2) Managing the project and works package given
3) Liasing with all other project teams,
4) 3rd Party sub-contractor engagement / management
5) This will involve Client facing days stakeholder management.

Essential experience I need for a Civil's Rail Project Manager for TFL -
1) Extensive Railway and Civils and Structural experience
2) A wealth of knowledge and experience managing projects of similar size
3) TFL/NR Experience
4) Consultancy and Design side experience - some construction and delivery would be good too.
5) Client facing experience, and good stakeholder management.

This position will be Outside scope of IR35, with a negotiable rate DOE, varying from £400-£500.
