Quantity Surveyor & Senior Quantity Surveyor required for growing consultancy!

Navartis is working with a Top Consultancy who operate in Civil Engineering & Infrastructure sectors and work on many prestigious major frameworks and projects in Water, Energy, M&E and Utilities.

You would join their team as a Quantity Surveyor and work from their West Yorkshire office in Leeds.

They have completed numerous projects and frameworks around the UK and have some prestigious schemes that they are currently working on so are looking to add to their commercial teams. They focus on water, energy and environmental projects.

Experience required:
Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Sector background.
3 years + experience in Quantity Surveying
NEC 3 / NEC 4 Contract experience
Strong time management
Excellent communication skills
Degree (Desirable)

Duties include:
Reporting to and Assisting the Commercial Management team.
Managing commercials of allocated project or packages of work
Working with the client and main contractors
Responsible for projects from inception to completion
Contract Management - NEC
Payments
Tender completion
Valuations & Final Accounts
Cost Reporting & Forecasts
Estimating and cost planning

My client is also open to hearing from Assistant Quantity Surveyor's who are looking for their next step up to Quantity Surveyor, or Quantity Surveyors who are looking to make the next step to Senior QS.

Further details:
Growing consultancy with lots of work ongoing, and good projects to be working on for a top specialist contractor, across water, energy and utilities.
Hybrid working - 1 or 2 days in companys Leeds office and 3 days from home / client office.
Salary £45,000 to £65,000 depending on your experience level
