Position: M&E Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Office Hours: 9:00-5:30
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a consultancy with an excellent reputation within the market. They are currently looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This consultancy looks after a variety of projects across London and is looking to expand their team. They have a close relationship with all their workers in a team of around 40 members.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
Commercial Leadership
Financial reporting
Contract knowledge
Valuation and payments
Contract valuations
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying
M&E experience
Consultancy experience (this is not necessary)
M&E residential experience (not necessary)
Knowledge of relevant contracts including JCT/NEC/PPC
