Location: Newark or Lincoln (with Flexible Working Options)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Enhanced Travel Allowance + Quarterly Bonus

About the Role
You'll be hands-on with budgets, cost plans, and valuations, supporting a range of exciting projects from bespoke residential developments to large-scale public-sector schemes-including a landmark £28 million leisure project set to run for eight years.

Experience in cost planning, budgeting, and valuations

Residential or public-sector experience an advantage, but not essential
