What You'll Do:
Manage the full commercial cycle across new build residential projects.
Lead procurement and manage trade contractor packages.
Oversee construction contracts from start to final account.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure cost and quality control.
What You'll Need:
Around 4+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Proven background in residential housing is essential.
Strong knowledge of contract management and subcontractor procurement.
A driven, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
