Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cost estimates and overseeing budget management.
- Managing contracts and subcontractors.
- Executing procurement activities.
- Drafting and reviewing tender documents.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Assessing and managing project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably 3+ years.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
Package:
- Starting salary ranging from €45,000 - €55,000 + package, depending on experience.
- Company car/travel allowance
- Up to 10% discretionary annual bonus
