This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a UK leading contractor that specializes within wide range of restoration and soil stabilisation services. Due to a recent success in tendering for projects, they have secured projects up until 2026!
The company has been within the Earthwork management projects for over 60+ years and has covered a majority of large infrastructure projects across the UK including large sections of HS2, Sizewell C and Thames Tunnel.
Key responsibilities for this Project Quantity Surveyor:
- Managing subcontractors and assess payments being made.
- Producing CVR'S
- Liaising directly with the client on the project
- Reporting directly into both the Commercial manager and
- Assisting with the development of the Junior Quantity surveyors
Experience required for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
- 6+ years of experience within Civil engineering sector within the UK Market
- Experience NEC form of contract ideally Option C (Target Cost)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Package offered:
- Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
