Location: West Midlands
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
Package: Company Vehicle or Allowance, 25/ 8 days annual leave, Private healthcare, Life cover & excellent benefits scheme

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading build construction & infrastructure business operating across the UK.

You will lead and manage the operational project teams, taking full responsibility for ensuring schemes are fully resourced and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality client specifications.

The Role: 

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of projects valued £10m+ from pre-construction through to completion and aftercare.

Take overall responsibility for programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance.Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including planning, design management, commercial, and document control

  • Oversee supply chain performance and resource allocation to ensure efficient deliver.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Review construction methodologies and materials to drive value and commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sustainability objectives, and integrated management systems.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor progress, challenge delivery programmes, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operational project team.
  • Oversee project close-out, handover, and aftercare services.

The Requirements: 

  • Hold relevant CSCS Card & SMSTS Certificate.
  • Professional qualification (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a similar Project Manager role
  • Experience delivering projects on schemes valued between above £10m-£40m.
  • Strong leadership, commercial, and financial management capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid technical knowledge and the ability to effectively plan and resource projects to meet tight deadlines.
