Are you a Project Manager with a proven track record in retail refurbishment and fit-out projects? My client is looking for a driven professional to join their growing team and take ownership of high-profile retail schemes across the South East.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-start to handover. You'll plan, coordinate, and deliver fit-out works to the highest standards-on time and on budget-while ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple retail fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Lead progress meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
- Solve challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
- Drive successful handovers and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering retail fit-out projects end-to-end.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
