My client is currently looking fora dynamic freelance project manager to join their busy team.
They hold an excellent reputation in the refurbishment and interior fit out sector and are looking for someone who will bring a hands on approach and operate at the highest of standards.
The successful candidate must have prior experience within project management and ideally within fast paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
Liaise with client, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations
Track budgets and report on project performance to senior leadership.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all project stages.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on refurbishment and fit-out
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and H&S standards
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Relevant qualifications - SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
