Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Leeds - with national travel to projects
Salary / Benefits: £60,000 - £65,000 + car allowence
Start Date: immediate start available.

Company Information:
We have a current opportunity for a Project on a permanent basis to join one of my key clients who are expanding massively, a very exciting time to join them.
The company is set up into two divisions; their rail depot and fleet business, and the construction side, where they work on various rail depots including M&E, walkways etc.
This company is massively expanding, They are working on various depot redevelopment projects ranging in value up to £3M. However, they have an exciting potential upcoming project which will be valuing at circa £35M.
There is plenty of scope to grow, and develop within your career, which can lead to more senior positions in the future.
The Role:
As a Project manager You will Lead a work bank of projects from inception to successful conclusion along with leading multi-team collaboration to foster a joint approach to project design, development and delivery.
Lead teams through design, development and delivery with effective project management.
Maximise commercial performance of projects to achieve and exceed business plan.
Lead by example to embed high HSQE standards in project teams.
Ensure engineering compliance and strive for engineering excellence.
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ideally be from a multidisciplinary background.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in managing multiple projects
- Rail background - Essential
- Construction background - Essential
- Experience managing day to day operations on multiple schemes
- Strong IT & communication skills
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations
- Commercial awareness
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering qualifications (HNC / HND)
- PRINCE, PTS & COSS
- Temporary Works Coordinator
- First Aid & IOSH
- Full driving licence
