Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to project schedules and budgets. Your leadership and expertise in construction management will be crucial in maintaining a safe working environment, managing project risks, and achieving project objectives.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Lead the procurement process, including subcontractor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) or memberships in relevant industry associations are a plus.
