Position : Project Manager
Location: Derby - East Midlands
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus car or allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday

The Company
My client, a leading main contractor has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their Midlands division to work on projects across the East Midlands.
The Project Manager will be joining a company who have an excellent company culture and a high staff retention. They work across a number of sectors that include education, healthcare, industrial, public sector and care & retirement. With projects typically ranging in value from £1m - £10m.
Project Manager Opportunity
Their projects are based across the Midlands, and they have a strong pipeline of work secured into 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing company that can also offer excellent progression opportunities. This role would suit someone with a strong background delivering schemes across similar sectors, who's strong client facing and has worked for both public and private sector clients.
Project Manager Key Requirements
- Previous experience working for a main contractor.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manger
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree desirable
- Pre and post contract project management.
- Able to demonstrate management of a project throughout its whole lifecycle and have experience in successfully managing clients and their expectations.
- Have a strong knowledge of both private and public sector clients and be proficient in construction projects.
- SMSTS and CSCS in date
