This is an opportunity in the Berlin area to work for an established national and international engineering office in the area of Building Physics and Energy Simulations.
Your mission:

Analyze 2D and 3D thermal bridges to avoid condensation or mold risks

Create GEG and equivalence certificates for residential and non-residential buildings
-
Actively implement projects – in new buildings and in existing renovations (solid, timber, hybrid and industrial construction)

Conduct thermal-hygric simulations to evaluate summer thermal protection and comfort
-
Support sustainable certifications such as DGNB – for efficient and durable buildings.
What you bring with you:
-
Completed studies in civil engineering, building physics, energy and building technology or comparable
-
At least 5 years of professional experience in thermal building physics
-
Experience in building and room acoustics is an advantage
-
Reliable know-how in thermal bridge calculations & simulations
-
Familiar with funding programs such as KfW, BAFA, energy consulting and iSFP
-
Fluent German, knowledge of English desired
