Project Coordinator

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking to develop your skills at an established organization? Our client is a General Contractor based in Toronto, and is seeking a Project Coordinator with a background in MTO projects in Ontario.

As a Project Coordinator you will:

- Updating schedules and budgets, maintaining cost control, monitoring labour material and equipment activities, and administrative duties on the project
- Attend project meetings, record meeting minutes, present updates, and document action items and other pertinent project deliverables
- Ensure that project site and company assets are secure and maintain a safe and respectful work environment at all times
- Monitor project change management process, identify change events, submit change notices, track changes and optional changes in project scope, and present to the Project Manager when required
- Provide timely progress reports to Project Manager
- Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change orders
- Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions
- Conduct the Client Satisfaction Survey prior to project closeout
- Assist with the review and coordination of project-specific safety plan
- Maintain safety records and take responsibility for the development, implementation, and execution of the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP)
- Monitor and measure HSE goals and expectations using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain QA/QC records
