Senior Planner- Freelance - Science/ Pharma
Location : Liverpool
Engagement : Outside IR35
Duration : 18 month contract
Rate: £425 - £500 per day (DOE)
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Plannerto join a contractor working on a large multimillion pound Pharmaceutical and Science project.
Our client is looking for a Senior Planner to work on a long term contract from start to finish to develop a programme for a large project in the Pharmaceutical sector, this includes both the frame, facades along with the interior fit out and MEP works.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Planner position:
Reporting into the Directors on site
Management of the programme from Design, procurement, and construction stages
Proficient in the use of P6
Own copy of P6 with license on Laptop
Experience working on schemes such as Pharmaceutical, Food Manufacturing or Heavy Industrial buildings/ Clean Rooms
Engineer by trade
This position is based in Liverpool and would be required to be on site around 3-4 days per week to integrate with the project team.
