Performance and Compliance Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Performance and Compliance Manager to join a well-established and growing company to work on some fibre telecoms projects.
The company is a market leader in the utilities and fibre telecoms sector. Your role as a Performance and Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of super-fast broadband to homes and premises across the UK.
This company are undergoing a huge growth period and looking for an experienced Performance and Compliance manager to help their next phase of growth in the North East.
Key responsibilities for this Performance and Compliance Manager role:
- Managing NRSWA team
- Supporting Design teams
- Ensuring compliance with company, local authorities, and standards are met
- Provide commercial support
- Managing partners and budgets
- Data Management
Experience required for this Performance and Compliance Manager role:
- Previous experience working on Fibre broadband builds
- Managing and supporting teams to deliver fibre telecoms projects
- Experienced in carrying out client meetings working with key stakeholders and sub-contractors
- Cost management and tender negation experience,
Salary offered for this role:
- £50k+, and car or car allowance
