The Role

Navartis are currently looking to recruit an Operations Controller within the Yorkshire region for a rapidly growing business within the rail sector.

This role comes up at an exciting time to join the company. Based from your home location, the ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong understanding of meeting customers expectations and providing excellent service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of the day-to-day operations on the bespoke solutions platform, managing bookings and resolving any exceptions
  • Maintaining a strong communication channel with customers, updating on any changes and addressing these accordingly
  • Working within the team environment, lending assistance to other areas of the business when needed
  • Making the understanding of customer’s needs a priority; developing solutions to issues that may arise
  • Adopt a flexible working approach – both in terms of working hours as well as meeting with customers and suppliers and participating in activities to grow the business

The Ideal candidate:

  • Strong IT skills – particularly with MS office packages.
  • Flexible approach to working, can-do attitude to ensure the job is done to the best of your ability
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Forward thinking mindset – ability to contribute to improvements within the business and be invested in outcome
