Our client is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join them on 3-4 on going residential projects, work closely with the Commercial Manager while developing their experience and skills in Quantity Surveying.

Package offered for this Junior Quantity Surveyor role:
· £38,000 - £42,000 – based on experience
· Permanent Opportunity with structured progression plan into more senior Commercial roles
· 3% employer pension contribution
· 25 holidays plus bank holidays
Key responsibilities for this Junior Quantity Surveyor role:
· Carrying out Pre-tenders
· Working closely with the Commercial Manager to oversee 3-4 on going projects
· Liaising with external Stakeholders and Clients
· Using various forms of contract suites (JCT, NEC, bespoke) and up skilling on live projects
· Carrying out pricing work for new and upcoming projects
Experience required for this Junior Quantity Surveyor role:
· CSCS Card (in date)
· 2-4 years’ experience as Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Construction, Residential)
· A degree or likewise qualification in Quantity Surveying
