High Rise Project Manager

The Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for the project management of various high-rise development projects by assisting in consultant coordination, marketing and sales pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Works directly with the Project Director to help implement project goals and maintain project schedule and efficiency.
- Manage the submission, coordination and completion of Site Plan Approval, Building Permits, Draft Plan of Condominium Applications and Final Building Registration.
- Pursue requisite agencies (Municipal, Utilities...) to ensure the timely completion of all related development and construction approvals.
- Prepare RFP, review proposals, and assist with hiring consultants - Manage and coordinate with consultants for various projects.
- Lead bi-weekly design coordination meetings from Schematic Design

Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Architecture, planning or College Degree in Architectural Technology.
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience within the high-rise residential real estate development industry, with project management and consultant coordination experience.
- Proficient in Bluebeam, CAD, Adobe Creative, Microsoft Office
- Experience in Revit is preferred.
- Direct experience working in the GTA and City of Toronto. - Working knowledge of Revit, BIM, and Procore.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines. - Uses clear, concise, and tactful communication with management, trades, and consultants.
