We are seeking a skilled and motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team of experts specializing in infrastructure, foundation, and ground engineering. The role involves working on a broad range of challenging and high-impact projects across both the public and private sectors, including transportation, tunneling, deep excavations, retaining structures, slope stability, and foundation design.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute geotechnical investigations and site assessments

Perform geotechnical analysis and design for foundations, earthworks, retaining structures, and other civil engineering structures

Prepare detailed technical reports, including geotechnical recommendations and risk assessments

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, architects, and environmental consultants

Provide technical support during construction phases, including site visits and quality control

Use geotechnical software tools (e.g., Plaxis, GeoStudio, GGU, etc.) for modeling and analysis

Assist in project planning, budgeting, and client communications
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or related field)

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering

Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical investigation methods

Proficiency in geotechnical modeling software and CAD tools

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English (and ideally German, depending on project location)

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
