We're seeking a highly skilled Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a commercial refurbishment in Reading.
You'll be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are upheld.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Site Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities
- Manage site health & safety in line with CDM regulations and safeguarding requirements
- Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and access within a live environment
- Ensure works are completed to specification, on time and within budget
Requirements for this Freelance Site Manager:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on interior fit out and refurbishment projects
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tight programmes
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
