Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: Site based - Kent
Engagement: Ltd company outside IR35
Rate: £300-£350 per day depending on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a Main Contractor who specialises in Industrial sheds
Our client is looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join them on an Industrial Sheds scheme in Kent. This is a 9-month contract, outside IR35, with the opportunity to move on to other upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor role:
- Reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
- Managing sub-contract packages
Experience required for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor role:
- Industrial Sheds experience is preferred but not essential
- Minimum 12 months as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
