Our client is looking for an Assistant Estimator to join the family feel team that supports the growth and ambition of becoming a more experienced Estimator within the Civil Engineering sector
Key responsibilities for this Assistant Estimator position:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager
Be a contact for Customer enquires by email or phone
Enter and Maintain information across the systems
Gain software knowledge and how the business work
Assisting with applications for payment with support from Senior members of staff
Post order activities such as pricing variations
Drafting commercial invoices
Experience required for this Assistant Estimator position:
A basic understand of the Estimating or Commercial process
Experience working as a Commercial Assistant or Graduate, Junior Estimator previously
Worked for a Construction or Civil Engineering company previously would be preferred
IT literate
This is a growth role with opportunity to progress within other parts of the business.
