Electrical Project Manager (LV/ELV) – Hyperscale Data Centre Projects

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager (LV/ELV) to join their expanding team on major hyperscale data centre projects.

The Role
As Electrical Project Manager (LV/ELV), you’ll take ownership of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll be the key link between client, contractor, and consultant teams, proactively managing risk, resolving issues, and driving progress throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities for the Electrical Project Manager (LV/ELV) Role
Lead and manage large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
Oversee day-to-day site operations, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance across all works.
Coordinate all snagging, commissioning, and handover activities, maintaining tight control over quality and documentation.
Work closely with client and contractor teams to identify issues early and develop practical, effective solutions.
Implement and manage project control procedures to ensure consistent delivery standards.
Lead and attend key project meetings, communicating progress, challenges, and changes to stakeholders.
Review and manage project variations, extensions of time, and risk mitigation plans.
About You
We’re interested in speaking with experienced Electrical Project Manager (LV/ELV) who have successfully delivered large, complex construction projects within the Data Centre environment.
You will bring:
Proven Electrical Project Manager (LV/ELV) in large-scale or hyperscale data centre projects.
A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A project management certification (or working towards one, support can be provided).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering excellence in a team environment.
