Location : Birmingham
Engagement : Freelance
Rate: £375 - £400 per day (outside IR35)

Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager & Senior Design Manager
Management of the Design process from Pre-construction and Live level
Manage your own time to get the projects completed.
Experience required for this Design Manager position:
Experience working as a Design Manager previously
Able to manage the Design process from start to finish
Management of any change in the Design for projects
Experience working on schemes from £50k - £10m in value
Experience working on projects such as Commercial, Prisons, MOD, MOJ and facilities work
IT literate
