This is a great opportunity for an experienced Design Coordinator based in the North West. You will be responsible for managing internal and external Design Package deliverables with a multi-discipline engineering team (MEICA & Civil) You will manage the tender design process ensuring technical governance of project outputs in accordance with CDM requirements.

Your role as Design Coordinator you will ensure all technical deliverables are produced on time and to the satisfaction of the client/project manager and are consistent with engineering standards and best practice including CDM and safety standards.

Key responsibilities for this Design Coordinator role:

  • Assist the project planner in developing and keeping up to date the detailed design management project programme
  • Manage design inputs and outputs upstream including TQ/RFI register
  • Ensure designs are delivered putting safety first and that H&S and CDM risks are documented and understood
  • Follow com Carry out any reasonable tasks, activities or requirements as instructed by the Design Manager
