Contracts Manager
We are currently recruiting for Contracts Manager to join a highly respected company, managing various contracts on HV Major Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface for contractual matters between client, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Working under NEC contracts.
- Manage and maintain change control processes in line with NEC requirements.
- Support the resolution of contractual issues, disputes, and claims discussions.
- Administer NEC3/4 contracts including early warnings, compensation event notifications, change control, and contractual communications.
Requirements:
- Experience working as contracts manager or an engineering background wanting to get into contract management.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Previous experience in Major Projects/Infrastructure.
- Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
