Commercial Manager
Based: Central & West London
We are working on behalf of one our top clients who is keen to strengthen their commercial team department as they have obtained a lot of successful work wins.
The client has had a £100 million turnover which is looking to increase to circa £150 million over the next 12 months.
Projects
This is working for a subcontractor who also operate as a contractor, and work direct with the client. Schemes are mostly within regeneration of towns with their focus largely being within the civils element - structures, demolition, groundworks, public realm
Experience required:
Experience in managing a team / mentoring.
Experience in managing schemes of work.
Client facing.
NEC & cost management.
Salary: Open to discussion however circa £110K depending on experience plus car allowance, pension and discretionary bonus
