My client, who is a very successful regional civils contractor, is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for your own diary, managing various sites around the various locations
The Contracts Manager will be working on civil engineering schemes.
My client is looking for someone with proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a demolition background they will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple demolition projects with travel across sites.
Skills & Experience
- CCDO demolition managers qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years contract management experience in a demolition environment.
- Experience in project planning, cost, quality and safety management.
- Experience in estimating demolition projects
