Building Services Manager - Interim Freelance - Birmingham - Outside IR35
Requirements:
- Worked as a Building Services Manager previously
- Manage mutiple projects across the Birmingham and West Midlands area
- Oversee the Design, Installation and Maintanence of the Building Services
- Worked on projects such as Schools and Colleges
- Working on projects around £20-£40m in value
- Main Contracting experience
Rate: Negotiable dependant on experience
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Interim but likely 6 months with extensions
Status: Outside IR35 LTD company
