Due to a string of recent contract awards, a leading tier 1 contractor has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Planner to join their team.
The successful Senior Planner will work on a mix of tenders and live projects ranging from £10m to £100m in value, across a varied mix of sectors including commercial, BTR/residential, education and retail/mixed use.

The position will be a mix of office and site based work, with flexibility to work from home on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will live in one of the following locations - South Yorkshire, Nottingham, Derby or Staffordshire.
Key requirements for the Senior Planner position..
- Main contracting background within the building sector.
- Proficient in the use of Asta PowerProject software.
- Exposure to a variety of commercial construction projects upwards of £10m.
- Good understanding of various forms of tender documents, contract documents and specifications including JCT, NEC or bespoke forms of construction contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, team player, able to work autonomously when required.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Qualified to a high standard in a relevant subject.
