They are looking for an ambitious Associate Structural Engineer who is wanting a clear route to promotion & an end position which will reward you with a stake in the company.
Delivering projects up to £50m across the commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education sectors. With a forward workload that's brimming with complex schemes, they're now looking for an Associate Structural Engineer to take a key role in managing and delivering exceptional design solutions.
The key requirements for this Associate Structural Engineer role are:
- Manage the civil and structural engineering design on multiple projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
- Oversee a talented team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentoring and quality assurance.
- Attend client and design meetings, representing the business with professionalism and technical authority.
- Prepare accurate reports, specifications, and project documentation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers at all levels to complete challenging projects on time & budget.
- Show commercial acumen to spot opportunities to further expand the business in new markets.
Experience required for this Associate Structural Engineer role:
- BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with a minimum of 9 years' post-graduate experience.
- Chartered or working towards chartership status (IStructE or ICE).
- Proven design experience across steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures.
- Proficiency with structural analysis and engineering design software.
- Strong project management and resource allocation skills.
