This large PLC national house builder is seeking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager with experience of working on new build housing developments.
You will be working on a large traditionally built housing project consisting of multiple phases with both apartments and houses. You will provide on-site support to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with build programme and to specified Company standards
Suitable candidates must have previous experience but also be driven, enthusiastic with the desire to push their career on further with this progressive developer, whilst keeping site works to programmer.
This person must have a stable background with previous experience working on new build housing developments for a national developer. Whilst being a dynamic and self-motivated individual.
Assistant Site Manager Requirements:
Experience working for a large national developer
SMSTS certificate
First Aid certificate
Excellent communicator
Drive projects forward
