We have a hybrid working current opportunity for a Acquisition Lead to join an established telecoms infrastructure specialist on a permanent basis.
The client has offices in Leicester, Manchester and Edinburgh and is considering applicants in all locations.
Salary Expectation: £52,000 + Package

The role:
- Managing a collection of telecoms sites.
- Set targets and measure performance against KPI's. Internal/External reporting.
- Attending face-to-face meetings.
- Improve on existing processes and delivery improvement.
- Support the development of new starters
- Liaise and negotiate agreements in accordance with the New Telecommunication Code.
- Lead the project team to meet deadlines and requirements.
Requirements:
- Experienced understanding and application of property/planning law in the telecoms sector.
- Previous experience in the telecoms sector.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Target driven, Team Player, Proactive
- Thrives in a fast paced telecoms environment
- Problem Solver
- Strong Leadership Skills
- RICS accredited (desirable)
- Driving Licence (essential)
