Location: North Wales

Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in clean water repair and maintenance to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing upstream loss works for DCWW, including the installation of assemblies to existing pipelines and managing large main bursts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of water industry practices and be comfortable managing site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage site activities related to clean water pipeline repair, maintenance, and installations.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient workflow and project success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of site operations.
  • Resolve issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing work.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in clean water site management, ideally with a repair and maintenance background.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage project budgets and resources.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in common software applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to be onsite every day during operational hours.
