My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is in within Civil Engineering, District Heating and Waterway Engineering.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager for a project due to start in the Nottinghamshire, to start in May.
The successful Freelance Senior Site Manager will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Site Manager Role:
- Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
- Demonstrate good financial knowledge.
- Ensure site records are maintained.
- Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Site Manager Role:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
- Ideally have experience within the civil sector
- Degree qualified
