Summary
Navartis have been exclusively retained by a well-recognised firm to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Technician into their current team, based from their Hamilton Depot.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide maintenance services of rolling stock – by performing tasks such as year heavy maintenance/overhaul and using written instructions to perform modifications
- Attending breakdowns/provision of emergency technical support
- Completion of maintenance exams
- Carry out electrical sub-system modifications
- Work within the wider team to provide assistance on rolling stock maintenance
- Provide general office support with maintenance related procedures and activities
Seeking candidates with:
- Experience in a role within an electrical discipline
- Competency in working from electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings
- Ability to perform fault finding on mechanical interfaces and electrical controls
- Organised work ethic E.G able to complete accompanying maintenance records
- Strong communication skills – able to liaise with various parties such as clients, suppliers and contractors
- Previous experience working with rolling stock or freight wagons
Package on offer:
- Salary of up to £36,500 (dependant on experience)
