- Lead an office of 15+ individuals
- Demonstrate technical and leadership qualities in regards to directing people and projects, building a culture of respect for their technical knowledge and ability to lead a team to the successful completion of a project
- Be a resource and subject matter expert (SME) for your peers and team members
- Strive to exceed the expectations of our clients by providing them with the highest quality advice, designs and workmanship.
- Drive production of the office and team, including resource allocation to jobs and ensuring deadlines are met
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 15+ years of proven experience managing a high performing Engineering department of Mechanical Engineering specialists to acquire and complete projects within the Commercial, Institutional and Mixed-Use Residential construction sector.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- P. Eng, or L.E.L designation in the province of Ontario with the willingness to stamp and sign documents.
- Experience managing mid-large sized teams of 10 team members or more with an annual gross revenue of $2 Million+
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, communicating with clients and internal/external project resources.
