Exciting Opportunity for a BIM Professional with a Leading Building Contractor
This reputable contractor is recognised internationally for the wide-ranging portfolio of commercial and residential projects. They are seeking a BIM Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a dynamic and growing organisation within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire BIM process for the project, taking full responsibility.
- Implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan, ensuring team adherence.
- Organize BIM coordination workshops, reporting progress and recording model status.
- Establish quality control procedures, identifying and documenting clashes using Navisworks Manage.
- Monitor compliance with BIM Execution Plan, coordinate handovers, and maintain up-to-date expertise in the rapidly evolving BIM environment.
Educational Qualification:
- 3rd level qualification in Construction, Structural, or Services.
Experience:
- Min. 5 years of post-graduate experience in the relevant field.
Preferred Background:
- Previous experience with a main contractor is advantageous.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Proficient in Navisworks Manage.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Revit Architecture.
- Familiarity with BIM Procedures and Protocols.
Soft Skills:
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Package Offered
- Starting salary ranging from €50,000 – €65,000 depending on experience
- 21 days annual leave
