Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the management and progression of bid submissions from initiation to completion.
- Take charge of preparing comprehensive bid documentation, including collating project prerequisites, organizing bid materials, and ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of technical facets associated with bids and tender opportunities, devising strategies concerning risk management, temporary works, phasing, logistics, and buildability.
- Supervise the creation of written technical and quality submissions essential for bid processes.
- Cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with colleagues within the work-winning and planning teams.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Possession of a minimum of 7 years of pertinent industry experience, preferably within the Building sector.
- Relevant tertiary-level qualification.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing bid submissions.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and Tender Portals.
Salary for this BID Manager role is between €75,000 - €90,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
