​Starting my recruitment career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Navartis, I am now a Director within the business responsible for the management and development of our Rail team. 

My background is within the contract market where I’ve worked within the UK Rail team for over the past 7 years. My team is focused predominately on supplying Engineering and Delivery teams with talented management professionals ranging from Planning Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers CRE's and CEM’s. I have an established blue chip client base and a strong network of candidates and an in-depth knowledge of the UK rail market.
