We have compiled our tops tips to help you get the best out of your job search!​We have recently been sharing some of the best tips that our Recruitment Consultants have been offering candidates they work with and we thought it would be helpful to also share these with you.​Job searching can often be a time consuming and sometimes stressful process, but with these great tips, we hope they will help you focus on the most effective and efficient approach and will no doubt help you on the path to securing the right role for your next move. ​1. Research the company“Make sure that you do your research on the company you are interviewing for, there’s two reasons why. It shows you are interested, as you can mention what you know during the interview. Help us help you“Add us to the list of people you should never lie to: your lawyer, your therapist and your recruiter. Don't be afraid to share the not-so-great information with us too (gaps in employment, terminations, etc.), so that we can discuss the best way to frame your experience and position you in the market, and so that we can be prepared to speak about any of those issues should they come up during the hiring process.”- Preston Pierce - Vice President ​​3. Add numbers to your CV“It is really important to include the values of projects you’ve worked on, and any achievements which can be shown in numbers. 1. Research the company
