Thanks to Glenigan we have put together an overview of the volume of UK construction projects starting throughout 2023! ​2022 has been a busy year for most recruitment businesses, with the increase in demand for talent leading to increases in average salaries, skills shortages and businesses having to work even harder to retain and attract talent. ​In this article we have put together a brief overview of which sectors and regions are set to see highest levels of activity in the shape of construction projects starting in 2023. Using data from Glenigan, the leading provider of construction data, we have looked at how many £10m+ projects, across all sectors are planned to start in 2023 within the UK.
