Deka Bank Frankfurt
Construction of this project began in November 2019 and will see modern office space over 10 floors on a gross floor area of around 56,000 square meters. Large glass facades on the end sides of the office property allow wide views outside of the building and back into it. The office blocks hang like monitors above a two-storey basement that connects the office blocks.
Great East
This project, which is expected to be complete in 2022 will see three properties comprising of two seven-storey buildings and a residential tower with sixteen storeys. Location of the planned building is a vacant lot at Ferdinand-Happ-Strasse/corner Gref-Volsing-Strasse.
