What is an Engineering Manager?

The role of an Engineering Manager is to ensure key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled. They will be responsible for solving engineering issues and help with answering technical engineering questions on projects. An Engineering Manager will also be responsible for preparing reports on progress on construction projects.

This construction project will see more than 200 new apartments, commercial and retail space to be built on the former jewellery quarter factory. £100m city centre apartment scheme500 new apartments are to be build in the centre of Birmingham, which will see a 15 floor building constructed ranging from studios and three bedroom apartments. 

Axis square redevelopment

A proposal to replace the Axix building in Birmingham has been backed, which would see a brand new nine-storey office building called One Axis Square. This will contain 212,000 q ft of office space and 2,300 sq ft of ground floor retail units along with basement car and motorcycle parking, public realm and landscaping.
