What is a Contracts Manager?
The role of a Contracts Manager is to manage contracts that relate to building projects. As part of this a Contracts Manager will study the legalities of the contract and negotiate the contracts with clients and suppliers. After the successful negotiation of a contract a Contracts Manager will draw up legal documents, which outlines terms of the service and the deliverables.
