We have a current opportunity for a Sub Agent on a contract basis for a Tier 1 client on a longstanding Rail and Civils project in the UK.
This work will be situated in Huddersfield, and will be a site based role. Candidate will live local enough to ideally travel to and from work daily.
We are looking for a Rail and Civils biased Sub Agent, who has worked for similar multi-million pound projects, with an experience in dealing with PC's/Tier 1's, and is confident with working for main clients, and subcontractors.
PTS is not required, as the work is not trackmside, but is all Rail/Civils.
Key Experience for a Sub Agent -
1. Experience working on a variety of Civils work - Heavy Civils/Lineside/Construction/Infrastructure
2. Managed teams, and worked in a similar role before
3. 5+ years experience on Rail work
4. Confident with all aspects of paperwork - ITP's/WPP's/Health & Safety etc
5. Can look and work to designs
6. SMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS etc, and other relevant competencies
This role is a long term contract for a Sub Agent, looking initially for 6-12 months, with the view for extension
Inside IR35 Umbrella - upto £450 per day DOE
Start date will via ASAP - notices to be considered
