Site Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an ICP working on various Battery Storage Installations and 132kv connections to the grid
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are up coming prospects to become market leaders in the Renewable Energy Sector. Your role as Site Manager will be responsible for majority of the electrical installation works and liaising with the subcontractors on site ensuring that the packages are delivered on time and safely.
Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:
- To perform all duties in line with the Company’s HSQE Policies and Procedures
- To proactively manage and develop the performance of direct reports and team members.
- Planning and organisation of all works in line with detailed programme
- In liaison with the Construction Manager / Project Manager, the postholder is directly responsible, on a day-to-day basis, for the safety, quality and technical standard of work performed by all competent staff under his supervision
- Delivering all phases of construction work within budget and on time
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- HNC relevant engineering discipline
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
Package offered for this Site Manager role:
- £400 outside IR35
- 6 month rolling contract
