We have a current opportunity for a Site Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Kenley, Surrey

  • 6 Flats & 2 Houses


Duties:
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- Coordinating and supervising all contractors
- Selecting tools and materials
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
- Assessing and minimising risk
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.
- Planning and defining scope
- Completing projects on time
- Activity planning and sequencing
- Resource planning
- Developing schedules
- Times estimating
- Cost estimating
- Developing a budget
- Documentation
- Create charts and schedules
- Health and safety
- Risk analysis
- Pushing progress
- Team leadership
- Working with merchants
- Scalability, interoperability and portability analysis
